Custom Air Trays humbly started in 1992 and as they approach their 30th anniversary, still hold to their mantra of providing a superior product at a fair price, on a consistent level.

With a background in packaging design and corrugated sales, Jim loves the challenges that the funeral industry presents. From custom designs to special handling requirements, he strives to produce a product that meets the individual needs of his customers.

“What we do, however, behind the scenes is very gratifying.” Jim says It’s the reason Jim stays positive and continues to be a leader in the air tray and combination market.

When not enjoying the travels involved with Custom Air Trays, Jim can be found enjoying the company of his wife of 37 years, Colleen.
