Stephanie Castagnier Dunn is a seasoned national small business lender dedicated to serving business owners for over 20 years. Dunn has worked in the top ranks of the nation’s leading SBA banks.

She has had the opportunity to help build various national leading banks from General Manager/Director of SBA Channel Partners at Live Oak Bank, SBA National Sales Manager for First Bank NC, and currently SBA Department President for Incredible Bank. As SBA Department President for Incredible Bank, Dunn established and built a national SBA department currently ranked in the top 2% of SBA loan production nationally.

Dunn’s contributions to America’s small business economy have been validated – ranked among the nation’s top ten small business bankers for over 20 consecutive years. In her varied management positions, she has consistently produced an average of over $150 Million in SBA 7(a) loans annually.



Dunn is a native of Montreal Canada, fluent in English and French with a business degree from McGill University.
