These are just a few of the things that stood out to me as we endured a raging global pandemic, with all of its resulting social, medical, economic and emotional impacts. I have a renewed gratitude for my home, my family and my health – and for the opportunity to work with the talented IT teams at Physicians Mutual.

With their relentless dedication and expertise, we were able to create remote sales tools and processes so families could continue to preplan their funeral services. Through the use of electronic applications and digital signatures, our preneed sales went largely uninterrupted. It was challenging, but with those challenges came opportunities to expand our capabilities and secure the future of preneed for Physicians Mutual. We weathered the storm together, and we’re finally (finally!) coming out the other side, stronger than ever, together.
