Violetta Smirnova is the Director of Customer Success at Gather and has been with the company since January 2019. She joined Gather with an extensive background and expertise in customer service and has spent the last 12 years of her career dedicated to helping companies grow.

When she first heard the story of Gather’s creation, she knew she had to be a part of this incredible vision. “I believe we all have a personal ‘why’ as to what makes us get out of bed and take on the day” Violetta explains. “What’s my ‘why’? I’m obsessed with helping people and I’m absolutely passionate about it.” Gather’s company mission statement is “We love Funeral Directors” and the Customer Success team lives and operates by those words every single day.



Violetta lives with her family in Boise, Idaho. She loves spending any free time she has with them, whether it’s enjoying the outdoors, simply hanging out at home, or traveling to new and exciting places.
